Bits and Pretzels meet start-ups and investorsThe difference between my expectations of the event and the reality is about as big as the difference between Grok and Microsoft AI.
On Monday morning, a first eerie encounter at the Bits and Pretzels meeting in Munich. There's an exhibitor with an AI product. In the course of the conversation, I mention Grok, who replies "The N_z_ AI". Wow, was I at a meeting for start-ups and investors or a meeting for radical left-wing students? 
There's a huge banner for Microsoft AI in the hall. There's a Microsoft stand. So I test the Microsoft AI with a problem I had last week. I was lying in the car and my Thinkpad wouldn't take any power. Here's the whole discussion with Grok. The answers are absolutely top notch, like having a service technician with extensive knowledge of Thinkpad problems. Microsoft AI, on the other hand, produced no solutions at all. How do you fit 140 kWh batteries and a heat pump with 450 g R290 into a GEMINI house? Grok offers comprehensive specialist advice, as if you had an experienced fire protection expert in front of you. Microsoft, on the other hand, quotes the regulations for the outdoor installation of heat pumps with R290 refrigerant. Numerous start-ups are developing AI solutions. I have had to experience Grok hate several times. What happens when these companies compare their own product with bad AIs, think they are great, but are actually far inferior to Grok? If you live in such a bubble, it could happen that millions in development costs are sunk into a special solution, only to realize that your own special solution cannot keep up with the general AI grok.
A lot of StartUps are working on solutions for EU regulations: Some construction sites require construction noise to be recorded. This can lead to the recording of human voices. Our AI filters out human voices when recording construction noise. This makes our method GDPR-compliant. Servant of a degenerate hyperbureaucracy.
I now have 22 months' experience of using electricity at spot market prices: Electricity is cheap in summer and expensive in winter. When do you heat? In winter. When is electricity most expensive? In winter. When is electricity dirtiest? In winter. 
With a heat pump, you can generate 4 kWh of heat from one kWh of electricity. With this Bitcoin heating system, you can generate one kWh of heat and €0.22 Bitcoin from one kWh of electricity. The German electricity mix November 2024 up to and including February 2025 was 400 g CO2/kWh. You can bring 1000 kWh of heat into the interior with 250 kWh of electricity to the heat pump, 100 kg of CO2 emissions, or with 1000 kWh to the Bitcoin heater, 250 kg of CO2 emissions. The manufacturer claims to produce bitcoins worth €220. Let's assume 40 cents/kWh: Heat pump requires €100 worth of electricity. Bitcoin heater 400 € electricity minus 220 € bitcoins produced is 180 €. Of course the heat pump costs something, if I use Chinese prices, then Bitcoin heating is uneconomical nonsense. With the extreme exorbitant prices for heat pumps in Germany, however, it is an option.
Preparation for Bits and Pretzels began on September 14. A long list of matches. Choose and suggest a meeting. The website then names a possible 20-minute date. Many proposed dates remained on "waiting". Following up was surprisingly difficult because I only found the people on "rejoice, hustle, everything is great" websites with no contact details. I then sent this message to everyone I could find: Bits and Pretzels 2025 is now over. Did you see anything there that will be remembered as a turning point in 2050? Something important enough to change the fate of humanity? We have developed the GEMINI next generation house as a strategic product to change the destiny of humanity. "Net zero emissions and everything will be fine" is a terrible trap to trick humanity into trivializing climate change. We need a real goal: to clean up the planet to 350 ppm CO2. Humanity is far too poor today to clean up the planet. This requires global prosperity. 8 to 10 billion wealthy people have enough economic power for a necessary planetary clean-up. Everyone has a need for housing. What if we made housing and the necessary energy transition cheaper through synergy effects and significant cost reductions? An average family in a detached house in Austria has an average of €350 per month in energy costs, including mobility. The GEMINI next generation house supplies all the energy and has income of around €250 per month from the sale of electricity on the spot market. A typical situation would be a plot of land plus house plus double garage for €300,000. The difference between the energy costs and the energy income is €600 a month, enough to pay off a loan of €150,000. We could bring examples from all over the world. Let's talk about them. Net zero emissions means reducing greenhouse gas emissions to a level that nature can supposedly absorb for a long time. For the rich, this means Maintain poverty, cause poverty, so that enough emission rights remain for the rich. See the architect and her opinion that Africans don't need roads.
Planetary cleanup back to 350 ppm CO2 means about 47,000 TWh of electricity to filter 1 ppm CO2 from the atmosphere and recycle it into carbon and oxygen. Who can afford that? Only a rich human race, 10 billion people in prosperity can do it. One million km² of energy-optimized settlement areas alone should contribute 150,000 TWh for the necessary electricity for world-wide prosperity and planetary restoration.
It's not about whether the shares will be worth 100 times or 1000 times more in 20 years' time or whether they will only be worth a few cents. It's about the future of us all. Will there be a big showdown between eco-fascism and yesterday's fossils, or will it be possible to overcome the deep divisions in society and inspire supporters of both sides to work towards a great new goal? Global prosperity and planetary restoration instead of saving, restricting, renouncing and climate catastrophe or peak oil and a little more climate catastrophe. Both sides must be convinced that they have no solution that is even remotely viable. On the one hand, it must be shown that net-zero emissions are a completely inadequate target and that the goal must instead be a planetary clean-up back to 350 ppm CO2. The other side must be shown that solar power enables a higher standard of living than fossil energy. It's about survival! The social situation in 2025 compared to 2005, extrapolated to 2045, makes for a horror world! If we are successful and your shares are worth 100 times more, this is just an addition to all the other achievements. One new shareholder said "Me with my very modest investment", but €400 times €1,000 is also €400,000 for all investments up to the creation of the prototype. There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program. Here are the details.
The situation has changed fundamentally since this company visited Slovakia. Necessary investment volume reduced by around 90%. Time to marketable product shortened by around one year.
