How can you change a person's life? You can organize events like "Turning Point USA - Young Black Leaders Summit" every year. Responsibility for society, visions for a better future. That was Charlie Kirk. The opposite of this is "you are oppressed, you are deprived of any chance, all the institutions and people who are responsible for your miserable condition". If you tell someone this long enough, they will vegetate on the street in a tent in California and only think about one thing: where to get the next dose of drugs. There has just been a 60-hour power cut in south-east Berlin following a terrorist attack on a power line. But that's nothing compared to what's planned. See Scenario framework 2045. When the sun isn't shining and the wind isn't blowing, you simply need other methods of generating electricity. There is data on sun, wind and weather that can be used to simulate any power supply system with decades of recorded data. In my simulation for off-grid fast-charging settlements, 2 MW of photovoltaics with loads between 80 and 400 kW and equipment between 2 MWh and 12 MWh of sodium batteries, 6 MWh to 20 MWh of iron-air batteries and 50 to 400 kW of power to methanol were tested. This for 47 different locations. So now the Windhoek site in Namibia 2017-05-08 13:00 to 14:00 is being simulated with 160 kW load, 6 MWh sodium batteries, 10 MWh iron-air batteries and 150 kW power to methanol. 47 locations × 17 different loads × 8 different configurations with sodium batteries × 8 different configurations with iron-air batteries × 8 different configurations with power to methanol × 140,256 hours from 2005 to 2020 means the simulation has to make energy management decisions 57 billion times and recalculate the state of charge of the batteries and methanol tanks. Fortunately, my notebook can manage this in 3 days. The simulation manages around 200,000 decisions per second on my notebook. I wrote the software for this in 3 weeks alongside other activities. Universities have supercomputers that fill entire halls. Universities have thousands of students who have years of time to develop a precise, highly detailed simulation. Then alleged scientists claim that the construction of new gas-fired power plants is unnecessary and agitate against it. Terrorists disrupted the power supply in south-east Berlin for 60 hours during an attack. It wasn't tragic because there are tolerable temperatures in September. But these alleged scientists have much bigger plans: a total power blackout throughout Germany in a very cold, windless week, when many millions of air source heat pumps degenerate towards electricity heating. That could result in a great many deaths. Why did I write this simulation? You can of course simply say that an off-grid fast-charging settlement with 2 MW of photovoltaics has 6 MWh of sodium batteries, 20 MWh of iron-air batteries and 400 kW of power to methanol. That is simply far too expensive. The simulation is used for cost optimization. What is the cheapest equipment to fulfill the task? The concept of cost optimization, on the other hand, is completely alien to these supposed scientists. On the contrary, they believe that as much money as possible should be taken from the population for the energy transition in order to lower living standards.

I have on ImmobilienScout24.at searched for properties of 350 m² or more. There are 25 entries on each results page. I looked through the first 19 pages and found 55 suitable plots. The selection criteria were suitable for residential construction and under €200 per square meter. Some were plots of up to 6,500 m², which are already suitable for 10 houses. Only one was in the federal state of Salzburg, none in Tyrol or Vorarlberg. So almost only Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Styria and Carinthia. The apartments range in size from 56 m², suitable for a retired couple, to 118 m² for a large family. With 2 to 4 rooms there are 60 m² to 97 m². With 4 to 6 rooms there are 94 m² to 119 m². The houses themselves have between 33 kW and 55 kW of photovoltaics. If the prototype can be financed quickly now, it will be possible to compensate for the enormous delay caused by the monkey business with the rare lizards: Prototype at the end of 2025, series production from fall 2026. A simple calculation example: What is a share worth if a company value of 300 million is divided into 150,000 shares?

One million km² of energy-optimized settlement areas alone should contribute 150,000 TWh for the necessary electricity for world-wide prosperity and planetary restoration.
It's not about whether the shares will be worth 100 times or 1000 times more in 20 years' time or whether they will only be worth a few cents. It's about the future of us all. Will there be a big showdown between eco-fascism and yesterday's fossils, or will it be possible to overcome the deep divisions in society and inspire supporters of both sides to work towards a great new goal? Global prosperity and planetary restoration instead of saving, restricting, renouncing and climate catastrophe or peak oil and a little more climate catastrophe. Both sides must be convinced that they have no solution that is even remotely viable. On the one hand, it must be shown that net-zero emissions are a completely inadequate target and that the goal must instead be a planetary clean-up back to 350 ppm CO2. The other side must be shown that solar power enables a higher standard of living than fossil energy. It's about survival! The social situation in 2025 compared to 2005, extrapolated to 2045, makes for a horror world! If we are successful and your shares are worth 100 times more, this is just an addition to all the other achievements. One new shareholder said "Me with my very modest investment", but €400 times €1,000 is also €400,000 for all investments up to the creation of the prototype.
