The decline of the West in general, the EU and Germany in particular is based on a destructive system of thought. In a free society with freedom of expression, how can such a destructive system of thought be established and maintained for decades? The first step is to establish a strict cancel culture. Refusing to engage in discussions, insulting, ostracizing and destroying those who think differently must be presented as a commendable attitude. Opinion bubbles that would otherwise burst like a soap bubble in a storm are thus armored.
Next, the establishment of completely stupid evaluation standards: the footprint. CO2 is emitted during the production of something. The best way to calculate the amount is to assume that it is electricity from coal-fired power plants and that production is as primitive as in times long past. The most prominent acts of sabotage of the energy transition can be explained by footprint madness:
Great, with such clean electricity, the production footprint would be minimal! No, not true, that's bad, bad nuclear power. You can't even think about it. The footprint of nuclear power is always set at infinity. Without the German nuclear phase-out in 2011, CO2 emissions would have been 1.71 billion tons lower by 2030. But what are 1,710,000,000,000 kg of CO2 compared to a few Castor containers full of nuclear waste? Let's do a thought experiment: a 10 km high wall around Germany. In this case, 1.71 billion tons more CO2 means 310 ppm more. So 730 ppm instead of 420 ppm. Globally, the German nuclear phase-out will result in 0.22 ppm more CO2 by 2030. The footprint thing is as crazy as "build a huge new business with no capital or credit". How is that supposed to work? It's about nothing less than replacing the fossil energy business that has been built up over two centuries. First, photovoltaics and batteries are produced with fossil energy, then a decade later photovoltaics and batteries are produced with 2/3 fossil energy and 1/3 solar power. Two decades later, photovoltaics and batteries will only be produced with solar power. An idea that is fiercely opposed by footprint fanatics.
Water seeps into a meadow, but if there is a solid surface, water does not seep away. All quite logical so far, but what if you install a water tank under the solid surface that can hold much more water than can seep into a meadow? Wow, with a single sentence, the plague we are all suffering from is exposed: Artificial scarcity of building land caused by all the "prevent soil sealing" campaigns. Housing costs well above general inflation, birth rate well below population maintenance. What does one have to do with the other? There is a clear correlation between housing costs, available housing and the birth rate. How does someone who is forced to live in a worker's dormitory for lack of money feel when their dream of owning their own home is thwarted by €500/m² but a huge open-air photovoltaic system is erected? This is injustice and we will never tire of pointing out this injustice.
Since the introduction of environmental protection laws, it has been a tradition of environmental activists to release rare protected animals on the sites of planned properties. In January 2023, I was standing in the forest with an employee of the Salzburg business settlement company: "You can build here in the new Unken industrial estate from September 2023". Now we are one week away from September 2025 and it is still completely uncertain whether building will ever be allowed there. Never mind, I have given up the plan with the factory building and consider this company in Banská Bystrica to be my Magna.
In 2005 I wrote: There were several contacts. Long telephone conversations, enthusiasm. Weeks later, what happened? "My professor strongly advised me against it, the subject is too dangerous." At least as dangerous as the research "Does the sun revolve around the earth or is it the other way around?" in the age of the Inquisition, the predecessor of the Cancel culture. Where are all the research papers "Refugees vs. those who stayed at home?", "How could a different use of resources have improved the standard of living in the refugees' home countries?". The amount of research is inversely proportional to the risk of publishing such studies.

The reason for the shackling is that the Lilliputians see Gulliver as a danger. This brings us back to the topic of the first part of my lecture in Ruppersthal: Humanity is useful and has great tasks ahead of it, so it is not a highly dangerous pest that needs to be combated.

I have on ImmobilienScout24.at searched for properties of 350 m² or more. There are 25 entries on each results page. I looked through the first 19 pages and found 55 suitable plots. The selection criteria were suitable for residential construction and under €200 per square meter. Some were plots of up to 6,500 m², which are already suitable for 10 houses. Only one was in the federal state of Salzburg, none in Tyrol or Vorarlberg. So almost only Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Styria and Carinthia. The apartments range in size from 56 m², suitable for a retired couple, to 118 m² for a large family. With 2 to 4 rooms there are 56 m² to 97 m². With 4 to 6 rooms there are 89 m² to 118 m². The houses themselves have between 33 kW and 55 kW of photovoltaics. If the prototype can be financed quickly now, it will be possible to compensate for the enormous delay caused by the monkey business with the rare lizards: Prototype at the end of 2025, series production from fall 2026. A simple calculation example: What is a share worth if a company value of 300 million is divided into 150,000 shares?
Net zero emissions means reducing greenhouse gas emissions to a level that nature can supposedly absorb for a long time. For the rich, this means Maintain poverty, cause poverty, so that enough emission rights remain for the rich. See the architect and her opinion that Africans don't need roads.
Planetary cleanup back to 350 ppm CO2 means about 47,000 TWh of electricity to filter 1 ppm CO2 from the atmosphere and recycle it into carbon and oxygen. Who can afford that? Only a rich human race, 10 billion people in prosperity can do it. One million km² of energy-optimized settlement areas alone should contribute 150,000 TWh for the necessary electricity for world-wide prosperity and planetary restoration.
It's not about whether the shares will be worth 100 times or 1000 times more in 20 years' time or whether they will only be worth a few cents. It's about the future of us all. Will there be a big showdown between eco-fascism and yesterday's fossils, or will it be possible to overcome the deep divisions in society and inspire supporters of both sides to work towards a great new goal? Global prosperity and planetary restoration instead of saving, restricting, renouncing and climate catastrophe or peak oil and a little more climate catastrophe. Both sides must be convinced that there is no solution that is even remotely viable. On the one hand, it must be shown that net-zero emissions are a completely inadequate target and that the goal must instead be a planetary clean-up back to 350 ppm CO2. The other side must be shown that solar power enables a higher standard of living than fossil energy. It's about survival! The social situation in 2025 compared to 2005, extrapolated to 2045, makes for a horror world! If we are successful and your shares are worth 100 times more, this is just an addition to all the other achievements. One new shareholder said "Me with my very modest investment", but €400 times €1,000 is also €400,000 for all investments up to the creation of the prototype. There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program. Here are the details.
