CORP.at conference in Graz

More than just a house, more than just a new type of settlement structure, the way out of the nightmare of the net-zero emission defeatists who endanger our civilization.

I was at the REAL CORP.at conference at the Joanneum in Graz. CORP stands for the Competence Center for Urban and Regional Development and has been organizing a conference every year since 1996, so this time was the 30th anniversary. The conference was attended internationally. There were 15 visitors from Saudi Arabia alone.

I mentioned in my lecture that the far northern settlement in Europe was an exception due to the Gulf Stream. I compared the climate in Hamburg and Prince George. There was even the coincidence that one of the listeners was from Prince George.

That's why the conference language and my presentation were in English. As many presentations as there were at the 30th conferences, my topic was completely new and a stark contrast to the defeatism towards climate change. Net zero emissions is defeatism: we can't stop it, we can only make it a little less bad. If nature no longer absorbs 20 Gt CO2 per year more than it emits, then humanity is out of luck. Better read this several times!

Net zero emissions is not a solution, but pure defeatism, because we are firmly convinced that we cannot achieve more. For this "It won't be enough, but that's all we can do", we should:
  • Giving up our standard of living: "You will have nothing, but you will be happy".
  • Keeping developing countries in poverty.
  • Giving up our democracy. Critics of this madness are growing ever stronger. To prevent these critics from coming to power, the approach of the GDR, the defunct Eastern bloc, is being copied.
It is difficult to pack all this content into a 20-minute presentation. In normal presentations, the audience knows about 80% and then 20% of it is new knowledge. For me, it's more about the audience knowing 20% and 80% new insights.

More than just a house, a way out of a nightmare?

This is the title of my second article published on EIKE - European Institute for Climate and Energy.

Another drastic difference between planetary restoration and the "net zero emissions" defeatists: the "net zero emissions" defeatists want an immediate destruction of the economy in order to reduce emissions. In the case of planetary remediation and "CO2 is harmless", on the other hand, there is a common path until 2050. Only in 2050 will it be necessary to decide whether to continue expanding solar electricity production in the direction of planetary remediation or to leave it at 150,000 TWh/a.

In 25 years we will also know whether -2 ppm CO2 per year is sufficient or -6 ppm per year is necessary. It would be a big surprise to me if EIKE were right about no further action being necessary. But the common path to 2050 would still be real zero emissions because we are replacing the fossil energy system with a cheaper one. This replacement is completely independent of the climate, just a question of cost efficiency.

  The net-zero emissions mentality

Net zero emissions means reducing greenhouse gas emissions to a level that nature can supposedly absorb for a long time. For the rich, this means Maintain poverty, cause poverty, so that enough emission rights remain for the rich. See the architect and her opinion that Africans don't need roads.

  The planetary restoration mentality

Planetary cleanup back to 350 ppm CO2 means about 47,000 TWh of electricity to filter 1 ppm CO2 from the atmosphere and recycle it into carbon and oxygen. Who can afford that? Only a rich human race, 10 billion people in prosperity can do it. One million km² of energy-optimized settlement areas alone should contribute 150,000 TWh for the necessary electricity for world-wide prosperity and planetary restoration.

GEMINI next Generation AG will prove the contrary

It's not about whether the shares will be worth 10 times or 100 times more in 20 years' time or whether they will only be worth a few cents. It's about the future of us all. Will there be a big showdown between eco-fascism and yesterday's fossils, or will it be possible to overcome the deep divisions in society and inspire supporters of both sides to work towards a great new goal?

Global prosperity and planetary restoration instead of saving, restricting, renouncing and climate catastrophe or peak oil and a little more climate catastrophe. Both sides must be convinced that they have no solution that is even remotely viable.

On the one hand, it must be shown that net-zero emissions are a completely inadequate target and that the goal must instead be a planetary clean-up back to 350 ppm CO2. The other side must be shown that solar power enables a higher standard of living than fossil energy.

It's about survival! The social situation in 2025 compared to 2005, extrapolated to 2045, makes for a horror world! If we are successful and your shares are worth 100 times more, this is just an addition to all the other achievements.

One new shareholder said, "Me with my very modest investment", but €4,000 times €1,000 is also €4 million for all investments up to the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for global expansion.

There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program.

Here are the details.

  GEMINI shares: time to buy

The situation has changed fundamentally since this company visited Slovakia. Necessary investment volume reduced by around 90%. Time to marketable product shortened by around one year. The 90% reduction in investment volume also means that each shareholder has significantly more shares.
