The problems of a heating systemThe first global refrigerant regulation was the Montreal Protocol in 1987. CFCs were a popular refrigerant at the time. The heating system in the GEMINI next generation house started out very conventionally. There were 16 mm aluminum composite pipes that were to be used for standard floor and wall heating. At the time, I was worried about the effort involved in laying such pipes. At the time, I was looking for machines to automate the process. After all, 1.5 km of pipes with around 1500 bends is no small feat. In 2022, the planning was changed to full-surface wall heating. 14 liters of water per square meter of wall, a 14 mm thick layer. Discussions with experts resulted in 2 different suitable plastics. The idea was to use a plastic panel, on which a 3D printer would apply 14 mm high baffles at 10 cm intervals. A second plastic sheet was then to be glued on top. In 2023, consideration was even given to ordering an 80 cm x 120 cm 3D printer for €2,500. Due to a lack of space, this project was postponed until the factory building was finished. However, since the visit to the company in Slovakia, the construction of the factory hall has become obsolete and the nightmare with the rare lizards is over. The construction of a prototype may take place as early as November. No time to finish developing the full-surface wall heating project. A return to around 1.5 km of pipes in the floor and walls? Not really!
A shower has a typical water flow of 10 liters per minute or 600 liters per hour. This is to illustrate what is moved in a heating circuit. With 2° cooling of this amount of water, 1400 watts can be transferred. If you have 100 m³ of air exchange per hour, then you can only transfer 100 times 1.3 kg per m³ times 1,015 J/kg/K = 37 watts per degree. We are all familiar with direct heating by blowing warm air into a car. What to do? With much larger air volumes, there is more noise. Air conditioning systems blow cold air into the room to cool it. Office buildings equipped with such systems have significantly more sick days in summer than office buildings with cooling ceilings. It is impossible to use such unhealthy primitive technology!
Let's take 12 m of wall length in which air flows upwards and 12 m of wall length in which air flows downwards in a 15 mm thick cavity. How do you make a cavity like this? Simply mount the plasterboard on the wall with a 15 mm gap. 12 m x 15 mm is 0.18 m² cross-section. With a flow rate of only 2 m/sec, this is already 1,296 m³ per hour. With a temperature difference of 3°, 1415 watts can be transferred. This makes an innovative, very convenient and, above all, cheap heating system possible.
The first global refrigerant regulation was the Montreal Protocol in 1987. CFCs were a popular refrigerant at the time. Then it was discovered that this refrigerant damages the ozone layer. What does a refrigerant do? It removes heat from the environment as it evaporates. Anyone who has evaporated the refrigerant R718 on their skin has already experienced this. Why? Who dares to put refrigerant on their skin? Every refrigerant has a unique designation that begins with R. R718 is simply H2O water. The gaseous refrigerant is then liquefied again under high pressure. This cycle is used in every heat pump, which also works in refrigerators and air conditioning systems. If a cooling circuit is leaking, the refrigerant escapes. In the case of CFCs, this has depleted the ozone layer. Refrigerants are also assessed according to GWP - Global Warming Potential. Some refrigerants have up to 14,900 times more GWP than CO2. Here to the list of refrigerants. In the 2021 proof of concept phase, I was still able to import heat pumps with the refrigerant R32. At that time, a maximum of 10% of the offers on Alibaba were with R32, the rest with refrigerants banned in the EU. R32 has a GWP of 677, but a maximum GWP of 150 will apply from 2027, and the use of fluorinated refrigerants in new heat pumps will be completely banned from 2032. What will be left on the market? R290 propane and R744 CO2. R744 is currently only used in expensive large heat pumps, leaving only propane. That's right, this propane, which is used for cooking when camping, is therefore a highly flammable gas. R32, on the other hand, is difficult to ignite and only burns slowly. Without laws, nobody would voluntarily switch. That's why I've been studying the safety regulations for the installation of R290 heat pumps for days.
Net zero emissions means reducing greenhouse gas emissions to a level that nature can supposedly absorb for a long time. For the rich, this means Maintain poverty, cause poverty, so that enough emission rights remain for the rich. See the architect and her opinion that Africans don't need roads.
Planetary cleanup back to 350 ppm CO2 means about 47,000 TWh of electricity to filter 1 ppm CO2 from the atmosphere and recycle it into carbon and oxygen. Who can afford that? Only a rich human race, 10 billion people in prosperity can do it. One million km² of energy-optimized settlement areas alone should contribute 150,000 TWh for the necessary electricity for world-wide prosperity and planetary restoration.
It's not about whether the shares will be worth 10 times or 100 times more in 20 years' time or whether they will only be worth a few cents. It's about the future of us all. Will there be a big showdown between eco-fascism and yesterday's fossils, or will it be possible to overcome the deep divisions in society and inspire supporters of both sides to work towards a great new goal? Global prosperity and planetary restoration instead of saving, restricting, renouncing and climate catastrophe or peak oil and a little more climate catastrophe. Both sides must be convinced that there is no solution that is even remotely viable. On the one hand, it must be shown that net-zero emissions are a completely inadequate target and that the goal must instead be a planetary clean-up back to 350 ppm CO2. The other side must be shown that solar power enables a higher standard of living than fossil energy. It's about survival! The social situation in 2024 compared to 2004. Extrapolating that to 2044 makes for a horror world! If we are successful and your shares are worth 100 times more, this is just an addition to all the other achievements. One new shareholder said, "Me with my very modest investment", but €4,000 times €1,000 is also €4 million for all investments up to the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for global expansion. There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program. Here are the details.
The situation has changed fundamentally since this company visited Slovakia. Necessary investment volume reduced by around 90%. Time to marketable product shortened by around one year. |
